Condominium Questionnaires provide banks the information they need when a condominium owner is selling or refinancing.

The unit owner or representing real estate agent must fill in the required information form (a form window will open when you click “Add to Cart”).

Please allow a minimum of one week for condominium questionnaires to be completed and returned.
