Owner Portal

DWM Property Management provides every rental and condominium owner access to an online property portal. This portal allows rental owners to view the following:

Financials and General Ledger

The Financials page tracks all property income and expense activity. You can view details for all line items within the General Ledger.

Rental owner ledger

The rental owner ledger shows all contributions and draws.

Documents

The Documents page provides access to all files DWM-Property Management has shared. These documents are unique to each property owner and include such things as leases, a management agreement, or property condition reports.

Requests

The Requests tab provides an easy and convenient option for property owners to report maintenance issues. Requests appear as tasks in the portal and you can track the progress and history of each one.

Reports

The Reports tab allows rental property owners to generate reports about their property on demand. All financial data is updated in real time. The screen below shows a list of all reports an owner can run.
